This thing will do real cooking, of real food, very easily. You need to want to cook, in the first place,not just heat pre-prepared junk or pretend you're trying when you're avoiding, but if you want to cook in your own home, this is maybe the easiest way to do it. It will replace almost anything else, it's easy to use, store and clean. Between the Mrs. and me, we've been cooking for nearly a century. I still use cast iron from the early 1900s, and also the latest in electric woks, and we spared no expense in equipment. If I were to advise folks who are wanting to start from scratch, this would be the first item I'd suggest.

Needed a pan smaller than a crock pot but bigger than a regular skillet that could cook without monitoring. Made beef stroganoff usually tough with a fry pan.Very Happy and color is great.

Attractive piece. Good size, easy cleaning, easy to use. Use daily. Soups, stews, bacon, eggs, burgers, roast, beans and more. Heats quickly, browns beautifully. Multiple heat modes ie simmer, rice, stir fry and more. One pot cooking. I've used at parties. My only request is it be made with a secure lock down lid for transporting food. This has become the workhorse in my kitchen.

This stopped working after a few months. I can’t get a response from them either , I’m DEFINITELY never buying this again

I bought this to try to maintain a more constant temperature than my glass-topped stove burners provide.It does seem to do that but one must read carefully to understand that it runs at a lower temp than is set if the device feels it's appropriate.I think I will enjoy it once I get used to it's temp oddities.The cooking bowl is amazingly coated and could almost be cleaned with just one paper towel.My first use was fried chicken and it was beautifully cooked after I raised the temp higher than what the device recommended for searing or sauteing.

I love the even cooking, over a surface much larger than a typical burner. It heats fast, and cooks so evenly I think the food is done sooner. So, so easy to clean, like my other GreenPans. Love it!

This is an early review, but so far...I LOVE this pan. Yesterday I cooked smothered potatoes w/onions and peppers, as well as stir fry broccoli and a ground beef patty. Today I did a one pot beef stroganoff. So far, I REALLY like it. It is challenging for me to understand what temperatures I should set it for my regular stove top recipes. That will take time. Also, because the pan is so deep, I did burn my arms a couple of times. That is not the fault of the product, just me not used to cooking these types of dishes is such a deep pan. It will take me time to completely figure it all out before I hit the road with it in my RV. So far...GREAT!

This is truly the best electric pan I've ever bought. A bit pricey but worth every penny. The pan is big and deep. Easy to use. Made very sturdy and easy to clean. Food has cooked evenly everytime. I bought the pine green and it's a beautiful color. But DO NOT use metal utensils. I use silicone only. Even silicone covered tongs. I do believe if you scratch the surface it would be game over to the cooking quality of the pan. I would highly recommend this product and I'm not one that normally writes reviews.
