An enjoyable build with good detailed instructions
There were a few missing pieces and contacted the company. Their responses were prompt and stated that they will be sending the missing pieces. Other than the missing pieces, it was an enjoyable build. Would have been a 5 star except for the missing pieces.Update: The missing pieces were received and upgrading to 5 stars.

Easy and well put together
Enjoyed putting my favorite war ship together. Simple instructions and went together well in my opinion.

Nice model, many extra parts, but...
Good build, looks great but I had to have it replaced as there was a complete small bag of parts missing.Second shipment had lots of missing parts within different bags. I had to use left over parts from other sets, or do a work around to complete the model as I didn't want to return it once more time.Other than the parts problems there was nothing bad about the model.

12 yo Grandson loved it.
He and his dad stayed up all night putting it together then he showed me all the special details it had.

Enjoyable build weird design though
Built the COBI CV-6 last year and it needed a partner. I enjoyed putting it together although I think the design could have been a little smarter... The hull was in sections that are connected together by rather small pieces (4 Studs). But since it is for me and not my kids, I'm not worried about it falling apart. Most likely will buy another one after I complete my HMS Hood V Bismark battle in "Lego".

Disappointing Build
This was a disappointing build. While the finished model looks good from a distance it is structurally weak. The hull is built in sections that then joined by three small pins. This is acceptable is you wanted to break the hull apart to see internal details but there are none in this model. Several larger pieces such as the hull guard rail are only attached with a single post on either side for a weak connection. The model is listed as a standard 300:1 scale but the proportions are off. In particular the main gun mounts are jarringly over sized. A few small pieces were missing but I was able to use my scrap box for replacement parts. Finally the hull has wheels on the bottom. This looks silly and adds the weakness of the structure with the hull being hollow.

Pretty good, especially for the price
The detailing of this model was pretty much spot on. No glaring inaccuracies. The instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. There was one missing piece (pretty generic one that we got from our stockpile) and one fairly unique piece that was defective, but we also made due with a stockpile near-enough piece. The really wierd part is that this model comes with wheels on the bottom. The back wheels are even geared to the propellers.Scale is way off. At 1/300 it should be 15" long, but instead it's almost 25" long. I suspected something was amiss when I compared it to my Cobi 1/300 Bismarck.Overall, this isn't as good as the Cobi warships but is definitely superior to the Oxford ones, although the price is much closer to Oxford than Cobi.
