Q: Do you have to wash this out?

I have used glycerin for years. The best way to appt this product is after u bathe, and while you are wet, apply the product. It will work well and will generally soak into your skin, leaving you moisturized. My sons also use this product, as they play softball. When they come home sunburned, they follow the above method of application, and it helps a great deal.

Q: Can it be put in a sprayer?

Yes it will be so helpful if it's in a sprayer

Q: How do you use this to help condition your hair, do you just apply or apply after shampoo and rinse off?

I apply it to my husbands hair/head before he goes to bed. He has atopic dermatitis due to allergies to shampoos. I massage it as much as I can into his scalp. He says it helps his itchy scalp and minimizes any flakes from his scalp. I also think it is making his hair look thicker. He doesn’t wear any cap on his head when he’s sleeping so of course I go through pillow cases and change the pillow often as well but it helps him tremendously
