Dyson Replacement Filter for TP04, TP05 - 3-in-1 High-Efficiency Activated Carbon 360 Combi Glass Pure Cool Fan Filter

I run my Dyson fan every day, so the filter needs to get replaced about once a year. This is the second time I bought this replacement filter. It fits and works well.

Dysons filter has a thin layer over the white accordion filter area both front and back, these don’t. You can see in the picture that the carbon insert piece has smoother edges than the Amazon version on the right. This causes the pieces of the Amazon version to not fit together like they should and I couldn’t get them to fit on the HP04 air purifier fan as stated. This is also the old style of filter, Dyson has recently replaced the two piece filter and carbon inserts into one piece which is easier. When items aren’t made to fine specifications you run the risk of it not fitting properly, and that’s a waste of time, money and could potentially void your Dyson warranty.

The rubber gaskets on all the filters do not fit snugly around the housing of the tower fan. The gaskets had creases and bends in places that make fitment that much more difficult. Fitment is so poor that one of the carbon filters kept popping out and would not stay in place

Work well with my Dyson HP04. Good price just pay half. After change the new fitter make sure reset the air fitter and carbon.

Charcoal filters are impossible to click into place. The construction seems solid but is off by a fraction of an inch. Air filters seem to fit.

My Dyson air purifier do not recognize the charcoal filters. Harder to put them in place even though they look as the original.Update review. I was able to reset the filters with the app. The filters look and feel better than Dyson filters, good quality filters. Satisfied with these purchase

Easy to install and, honestly, a lot less money than it was going to be from the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer.)
