These really work. taste nice too. bit pricey but worth it. has improved thickness and length of hair. nails much stronger and complextion clear and healthy looking, very pleased with them.

I bought these around 10 weeks after having a baby! I was suffering with really bad pp hair loss and was willing to try anything.I have been taking daily since early September and honestly it’s worth sticking with them, my hair loss is slowly stopping and the regrowth is wild (in a good way). My nails have also really benefitted from taking these too! Cannot recommend enough!!

Taste good but no noticeable change

pretty tubs, and design of vitamin gums, however the taste and price let it down. they’re ok and are edible but not very nice. and way too expensive for what they are and with no real visible results. Buying normal vitamins elsewhere for cheaper.

I waited a month to review this, I have another month's supply so if it suddenly works I will change my review. However after 1 month I gave noticed 0 difference to my hair health or growth. And that's the case with any biotin supplement. I'm yet to try the injection but at the end of the day, I won't waste my money, I'll just focus on protein and nutrition.
