Socket's rarely include a back box and neither does this one. Its a bare socket in a poly bag. It's quite shallow but would go for at least a 35mm if you have room.

Q: does the switch have red light?

No, this version doesn't have neons, it does however have a red marking on the top of the switch which is visible when the switch is turned on.
