I have not used anything else on my newborn who is almost 4 weeks, he has had no nappy rash and it also works really well on dry skin in the creases where you don’t want to end up with cracked skin. Very expensive BUT I would buy it again in a flash. After 2 weeks of excruciating pain of nipple thrush and mastitis this finally seemed to help! I had to take antibiotics for the mastitis and was so worried they would make the thrush worse so I looked for answers and found this. I'm not 100% better but so much better than I was. Despite taking antibiotics my nipples are healing fast from cracks and thrush with this and making feeding much easier. If your in agony with cracked nipples and or nipple thrush I recommend giving this a go. Great for baby nappy cream too 😊

My 9 months old baby girl had a really bad nappy rash for couple months and all other creams I've tried could not clear it. Even the ones which were prescribed by doctor couldn't help.Motherlove cream cleared it in less than a week. I like that it is made from natural ingredients so I can use it without fear that it may cause irritation on a delicate baby's skin.The only downside is it's price. You would need to apply it with nearly every nappy change to keep baby's skin clear of rash and even with applying a very small amount of the cream the full jar will last for about a month. But it worth the money as it's really helps.

Fantastic treatment for inflamed nappy rash caused mostly by yeast - battled nappy rash for almost a month on my baby girl! Thank goodness I found this miracle cream - i used it with a touch of medicated yeast cream - when the rash calmed down I focused on using mother love alone and it definitely worked wonders.Highly recommended

I was almost put off by the price but I was desperate Enough to give it a try.I needed to find something for my sore nipples as I am still breastfeeding an 18mth old, 8 months longer than my other two. I don't have thrush but I do believe I have ringworm, which is basically a form of skin fungus. I needed something safe for her to ingest as its not convenient to always wipe before a feed And I didn't want to risk using canesten right now.It hasn't actually cleared it all up....I think I need something stronger however, it has calmed it down quite a bit. Before using this I was prone to scratching my breasts until I drew blood. Now it is settled.I have not needed to use it on a nappy rash so can't comment on that.I have used it for all sorts of other ouchies, chapped cheeks from windy days and sore noses from colds and it has been brilliant. I also startes to use it all over my breast as a moisturizer as I stopped using cream on my breast due to breastfeeding. Suffice it to say I went through the little pot within a couple of weeks and I was using it as sparingly as possible.At almost £13 a 30g pot, it is eye watering.I did a bit of searching and managed to find it on an American site. I did have to buy 12 pots to get the best multibuy deal but even with duty and customs it barely came to £6 a pot so now each of the kids have one and I can use it liberally without worrying about running out.This product lost a star on Amazon for the price at £13 but as a product I would give it a five. Definitely worth a try.

I rarely leave reviews but have to let other worried parents know that this really worked for my babies red bum. I used metanium every day and was worried it wasn't so kind to his skin, then I read that it was possibly thrush that cause the rash so research lead to this product.His bum is finally soft and happiy free of the angry blotchy rash!

Love this balm! Clears up nappy rash fast, goes on smoothly and is unscented. Have tried many top brands but always come back to this. works well for my baby who has very sensitive skin and is prone to nappy rash. Even worked when prescription medication didn't.

Omg I can’t believe how well this works! My son had thrush that was twice treated and still remained this has made a visible difference in just a day and a half, he does not seem to be irritated at all today and it looks almost away! Recommend this cream
