The flavour is not bad, I was afraid but honestly, it's mildly bitter. Leucine is okay, won't taste good with milk as milk protein (and other stuff) contains enzymes that break open the flavour, perfect with juice, pineapple, grapefruit, apple, etc… I use a hand mixer small that froths milk and mixes well

As others have pointed out this doesn't mix well and tastes like death, but the only way to avoid that is to add the flavourings, sweeteners and bulking agents you should be striving to avoid. I add this to casein which I eat before bed, I add leucine here because the casein is already rich in glutamine. If you're taking this in some other way and are not sure whether to go for leucine or glutamine, I'd choose glutamine as it is more palatable and mixes more easily.

Tastes horribly and it does not disolve in water (unless stiring for 5 minutes), but I definitely feel better when taking it before and after gym
