This device is intended for play or training your dog retrieval skills on land or water. I have to say, it seems to work better on water by design. It's lightweight, easy to throw and of course it floats. It's easy to see, so if your four legged friend loves swimming and fetch, the dog quickly makes a beeline for it and brings it back for another go. Great fun, well worth buying.

The media could not be loaded. This is great, nice and light and it floats really well - it’s pretty high out of the water so my dog can see where it is more easily as he swims out to it. Being a Kong item it’s really robust and can stand quite a bit of chewing - I’m expecting this to give years of use

Great toy. We have only used it for a few weeks but used everyday with an excited GS, it’s holding up well. I wouldn’t recommend it for tug games and definitely not a chew toy but fetch and retrieve its perfect and floats!

I have bought a couple of these for my water loving Labradors. They are a light foam-type toy (similar material to a swimming float) with a cord that allows you to launch it quite far into water without much effort.Due to it being bright orange, it is very visible in the water and it's size, shape and light weight make it easy for my dog to retrieve.A warning though; the top end where the cord attaches can rip if your dog decides to play tug a bit too eagerly!! (However, I've managed to easily stick it back together on a couple of occasions.)I would not recommend that you leave your dog just to play with this, especially if they are a destroyer like mine but they are fantastic for water retrieval play.

Bought for very strong labrador that loves both swimming and chewing. Has been tucked away for Christmas prezzie and so not used yet, but Kong stuff tends to be good quality.

Good product , but replacement was too large for my dog.

This is a great product to throw & our dog to retrieve, it also floats & is highly visible.

My cocker spaniel loves his Kong dummy, so much so we've purchased it 6 times in his lifetime! Not because it breaks but because we've either lost it or accidently thrown it over a wall to the ether unknown. Very durable, has endured the sea, ponds, mud, sand. We only give it to him during walks however or he would chew up if left with it. Would highly recommend.
