Still one of the best BBQ/grilling books available.
Bought as a gift for someone wishing to expand beyond chicken, bangers and burgers. I've had mine for several years and use it regularly.Recommended!

Recommended by an American!
This book was recommended by an American friend as its a big hit over there. Really easy to follow instructions and nice big pictures so you can see what you are cooking. Have made a lot of food from it already...roll on the summer!!

The BBQ bible
It'll probably surprise many people how much there is to learn about barbecue cooking. A great deal is in the preparation, having the right tools and knowing some of the secrets of those who've gone before - this chunky publication ticks all of those boxes and a few more. Makes a fantastic gift.

Clear and well constructed instruction manual with good photos
Plain language, all well explained and photographed. Although there is quite a bit of repetition this means that one can use the book looking at one recipe on 2-3 pages and turn backwards and forwards all the time. And the recipes work.

Well worth it for a BBQ fan
I bought this as a gift for a Christmas gift my husband. He loves to BBQ and even though he hasn't actually cooked anything yet he said it looks really good and there are lots of recipes to try not just burgers and sausages

Best book ever on 'Barbecuing'
Grilling is what Americans mean when they cook on a BBQ. Barbecue in the US tends to mean smoking food (like kippers). This is the best book I've found yet on BBQs, with excellent recipes, and clear pictures on what to do. Makes more sense if you have a gas grill or BBQ with a lid. Try the beer-can chicken recipe - always works and always cause a stir!
