I bought this for cutting of a skin tag on my neck and it worked perfectly! - I applied the cream in a thick layer over the skin tag and left it for 35 minutes then snipped it off with very little pain, practically no pain, I would give it a 3 on pain scale, previous Lidocaine creams were not strong enough as I always felt the pinch but this stuff works!

I am getting laser tattoo removal currently and put this on two hours before and wrapped with cling wrap - literally made the pain so manageable compared to other creams i’ve used .

I use this for tattoos and piercings and it works great! Just put a second layer on an hour before procedure wrap with saran wrap you will be amazed!

Nothing work as this cream. I used few years and try few products . This one is the best.
