o I delayed in this review until i could use a few cans and in a nutshell here is my findings.First, if you are ronson amd looking to change - change. Hard Stop. This product is sufficient (equal? dont know - I drive a truck not play in a lab all day) it works. Period.Just because I drive a truck dont mean i aint got me no learnin up. I was primarily motivated in the price per ounce. The unit volume listed is wrong because the size is wrong in add above as of today (12Jul24)It says this is a 300ml, 10.14 fl oz. - if you do the math this made it way less than 1/2 the price - which is a bit sketchy to be that much cheaper than the leading market share product.I use a ton of this so I figured why not, based on the reviews. Because this can says 10 oz and ronson cans say 5.73 oz, I was expecting a can almost twice the size of ronson, right?Wrong - upon receipt I was not happy to find the cans the same approx. size. The universal can is NOT twice as big, but it is bigger, approx. 10% eyeballing it.What gives? I thought initially that the universal somehow ripped me.(Sorry Universal if you read this but hey, I at least, legged it out and got to the truth in the end, right?) I decided I was going to expose these guys and figure out why the possible obfuscation on the direct comparison with ronson by providing false (intentionally?) information on product size.After opening the universal and discovering the cans were about the same size I only knew:1. the ronson states it is a 5.73 oz can2, The universal states it is a 10.14 oz canNo possible way those two measurements of volume can both be true, as the cans are very similar in size, certainly no where near twice the size as volume would suggest.I immediately got prices on cases to compare products. So I mentioned I did a basic price comparison before purchase, like any good American would, and other than it being too low I bought it.After seeing the cans were almost the same size, I kind of forgot it was still cheaper than the ronson and believing I may have been scammed I decide I needed to dig in and figure it out.Well time goes by I have a bunch of ronson case and 1/2 so I put it on the back burner and forgot about it.Just finished my first can of Universal, so thought I'd let you know....So let me give you my final verdict.1.) The gas seems the same as they both work in the jet torches. No clear winner.2.) I don't know which can is correct with the correc size. I think with consumer protection laws and mandates smart money is on ronson for accurate volume. No matter the wrong sizeprinted, it was still cheaper overall. I still did an overall case cost comparison (12 units). There was a clear winner with universal being cheaper - DO your OWN cost analysis as these prices change, but I know and am certain that this was by far the better value at the time I wrote this.Clear Winner - This product is approx. 20% cheaper than ronson3, ) as others mention the metal injector tube that dispenses the gas is MUCH better than ronson with MUCH better transfer experiences (less loss and collateral spray). It's true this can with metal tip just connects and seals better, but the best advantage of this metal tipped can is when the lighters fill tube inside the lighter, when the connecting bit of tube is down in the little hole gets crooked, with ronson it sprays mostly out the edges and gets all over, Not this can. With the metal tip there is way way less collateral spill and it seems to almost work better on the bent or crooked valves.Clear Winner: this universal product4.) Although there are a few other reasons I prefer this product to ronson, this is the one that matters - more than anything, to me, and if you fill a lot of lighters. That is the pressure the gas is bottled under - this makes a huge difference in daily filling.I have always used ronson and ronson type products my whole life so I did not know.Know what? Look I am no scientist so I cant say exactly how and what is used to expel the butane or whatever, but, again, I know what I know. What I Know is the ronson gas is weak coming out and has trouble filling full any damn lighter to the top. I put that on everything. I thought that's just the way it goes, with refillable butane lighters; that 2/3 -3/4 full was all you ever get on these things, right? This is my whole life, I just believed this berceuse this is what my experience in life had taught me. That you just can't fill lighters full, just the way it is,Hell no - WRONG -the thing I love most about this product is the way, way superior and obvious increased pressure in this product compared to ronson. It can easily fill to top every time, even with pressure bleed off, ronson struggles to fill. Maybe Ronson can fill like that. Maybe. I will never know bcuz I am not going to waste half the can, from side and over spray just to see if I can top off any lighter, any freaking lighter with ronson.It may seem I'm being hard on ronson - and I am. I have been given and received an inferior product and never knew it. My whole life I have used this product. My dad and his dad used this product.With ronson, even bled, after filling lighter over 1/2 way you begin to get an ever increasing loss of product as the pressure begins to rise in lighter. I am saying due to the over spray I am unwilling to continue spraying all over myself, hands and clothes to see if I can top off.With this universal product you can fill to top with no,or limited. side/back spray. That is what I know.This product fills lighters faster than ronson.This product fills lighters fuller than ronson.This product fills lighters cleaner than ronson, with much less over spill,This product fills lighters cheaper than ronson.An item to note is ronson claims to be USA fuel - it also states the container is made in USA using USA and foreign parts for construction. They are owned by Zippo, and HQ'ed in Bedford, PA."Spozer", the name on the universal can, says made in China only. So no real info. But don't worry - i put a call in to Xi Xiping, himself, and I'm positive he will get right back to me as soon as he hears that I called. I will submit w/o temporarily and I will update this review when he does return my call.On this match up - ronson is the winner because corp taxes.There is a clear winner here. You can trust this or replicate the same findings on your own - your call.This will remain a hard buy for me as is.

This is enough butane to last me for over a year and for the price it feels like daylight robbery. Average fuel but perfectly effective with no massive downside. No abnormal flammability or consistency issues. If you want butane choose this 12 set every time.

Fine product and great value but enclosed fittings are very marginal.Had to buy another brand to make it work.

FFIIIIIRRRRRRRRREEEuse responsibilityOne bottle last forever and I have been using this to refill my hand torch for ring annealing and I’m only on the 2nd bottleAlso melted so oversized (34oz) candles and it refilled the flamesaber I have 8 times with no problems, the butane ran around 2200-2300°F for about 6 minutes so good quality and it has the right size tip as well as it comes with universal tips for multi purpose use for many different functionalities.Dose what is supposed to and since butane evaporates in air it’s easy to clean off you skin if you accidentally touch from over flowing

I like the metal nozzle inflation on can. Great product for the price.
