These are dangerously good. Taste and texture is the same as a regular marshmallow. The size is pretty close to a normal marshmallow as well. I have reordered multiple times now! Now although there is a bit of gas noticed after eating these, I am confident that is because I eat way too many of these. If you have better portion control and don’t eat the entire bag, you will likely be fine!!

After 3 years on Keto now transitioning to more focus on low glycemic load rather than strictly net carbs... Coupled with a 0 net carb bread this is a fantastic snack spread. It is so tasty that the only complaint is that when used as a spread - the amount of product in a container does not last long.

It's difficult to find sugar free marshmallows and these are very good. I just made an ambrosia salad with them tonight and kept the sugar down with these. I can't keep the sugar down with the coconut, so I did the best I could. Zero Sugar Cool Whip, 1/2 cup, sour cream, sweetened coconut, maraschine cherry halves, and these mini marshmallows. They seem to be melting into the ambrosia beautifully, like regular marshmallows. I may make my Zero Sugar Pistachio Salad (Watergate Salad) with these too. I will buy these again.

Love the freeze dried marshmallows (SF). However the container arrived crushed. There was some powder from the marshmallows on the outside of the container. Generally the inside seal was sealed. Obviously it must have been open a little or there would not have been powder on the outside. I decided to keep it and transfer the marshmallows to a container. I ate some yesterday and I'm fine today. So I guess it was an okay decision I made (LOL). They should have been sent in a box and not a bag for what I paid for them.

I can’t get enough of these marshmallows! I eat them plain but sometimes add them to other things. They have great texture and flavor! After I open the bag, I put them in a ziplock to maintain freshness. I’ve purchased them several times and they do not disappoint!

The best different colored naturally dyed freeze dried marshmallows out there. I’m able to buy ‘healthier’ cereals and let the kids add some of these to it as a treat. They taste delicious, you’d never know they’re not the junk that comes in the cereal. Yes, they have sugar, they’re marshmallows. The key here is the natural dye and taste.I’m buying these every six weeks for two growing kids. Worth the money to get them to eat the whole grain cereals. They even love them on their oatmeal.BUY? I really like these marshmallows and have been buying them for some time. I have noticed this year that the recipe must have been tweaked because they don't taste quite as sweet as they did previously. I'm okay with that but they made another change. The marshmallows use to come in 3 silver inner bags inside of a outer type plastic bag which I liked much better than they come now. Again, the change was this year so someone must have decided they needed an overhaul. Now the 3 silver inner bags come in a plastic box which I can't tell you how many times I've cut my hand on. I guess the plastic box is recyclable. (I've put it in recycling and haven't heard anything to say I shouldn't but it's unnecessary.) Maybe they think the plastic box protects the marshmallows from getting smooshed but it's not anymore protective than the plastic bag. It's all about whoever is packing them to send out and how much they care about the product. I'll finish by saying they are really good but they are pricey!Guess I'm not finished! When I clicked to write a review for the mini marshmallows, Amazon redirected me to edit this review! Go Amazon! It's not the same product!I have been buying the mini marshmallows since at least last year and the same changes I noticed with the regular marshmallows holds true for me with the minis. The other thing about the minis is they are a light tan color now. I don't know if that can be seen in the photos but they are no longer white. The minis also come stuck together now for the last 4 orders at least. (I have them on subscribe and save. I kept ordering them because I thought it was a fluke but at this point I'm going to stop ordering them. The whole bag is stuck together like 1 huge marshmallow so I can't just have a few of them in my hot chocolate. The first photo is holding them up toward the ceiling. The second photo is holding them sideways, and the third photo is trying to pull them apart. They just pull and pull tearing in clumps. Like I said this has been happening so it's not just a one time batch thing. The minis are a little more expensive per ounce than the regular size ones. Not sure why. Again...they are delicious.

It is good, but does have a little bit of an after taste but not enough that I wouldn't buy more. The sweetness level is perfect. I put it in my hot chocolate and some on my keto desserts. It is quite thick and the appearance is very pleasant. I will be ordering another jar or two.
