SealeyTP05 Metal Oil Can Flexible Spout 500ml

I purchased a 5 litre can of Duck Oil and decanted some of the contents into two of these 500ml Oiler Cans.The lid screws on squarely and securely.The small nut that secures the flexible spout to the body needs to be tightened quite hard, otherwise it weeps.The spout is transparent, flexible and can be rotated, and thanks to a reinforced inner, it is not floppy and as such, holds its position well.Pressing the trigger down is not always a smooth action and as such the action can feel a little juddery. However, I have found that oiling the trigger mechanism solves this problem.Depending on the viscosity of the oil, the nozzle is fine enough to dispense a fine jet of oil and 'if' you can manage to squeeze the trigger carefully whilst watching the oil rise inside the transparent spout, you have some control over the velocity and quantity of the oil being dispensed.To date this oiler is functioning quite well, with no leaking and as such, Highly Recommended!

Been using this to apply oil for a lubricant when turning metal on the lathe , does the job perfectly and no leakage .

This ships with a clear split o-ring for between the can and the spout. I'd read other reviews saying this was missing. So i checked my delivery very carefully. The can and spout ship in an open plastic bag. the spout had come out of the bag and was loose in the box. no sign of the o-ring until I looked really carefully and that too was loose in the box, in one corner. Very hard to see as it was clear. Otherwise all good.

Ordered this because as it has a flexible spout to use for lubricating a treadmill . The original one arrived and had no sealing washer for spout to main body. Contacted the seller via Amazon and asked if they could send me a washer. They responded the next day informing me they were sending another oil can and that arrived the next day. The can is ideal for my purpose and is sturdy and easy to fill and use. Very good value for money and very good customer service. Will use them again for any future purchase for tools.

Works well. Pumps oil reliably and in a well-controlled fashion. No leaks as yet. Would buy again.

Seems to work ok but needed a clean before using.
