I love it!
I’ve been cutting back on carbs and this pasta was such a nice surprise. It cooks up quickly and holds its shape well. I tossed it with pesto and roasted veggies and didn’t miss regular pasta at all. The texture is a little different but still satisfying and way more filling.

Having no pasta is better than having this pasta.
This was so bad. I wanted to like it so much but it was so terrible. The texture was mushy and gummy like beans. There was a weird aftertaste to it as well. No way would I recommend settling for this. It is not a replacement for pasta. The only similarity is the shape. I’d rather have no pasta than this pasta.

Good Pasta
I just cooked and ate my first package. I use a plastic Pasta Boat which I've used for years to cook all my spaghetti. I nuked it for 12 min on high, and thought I would have to add more time. But I tested it and it was done.There was a very slight aroma from the cooked product which is not unpleasant, but it's not pasta aroma. The texture was not bad, but it's different from regular pasta. The outside is soft but the inside is crumbly.That said, this is the best low carb pasta I've had. It is much better than the competition I've had, and is the only one that cooks like regular pasta.It is pricey, though.

This is the best tasting "fake" pasta! The macros are awesome- lower carb, high protein, high fiber. I also like the texture better than the chick pea pasta, hearts of palm pasta, or shirataki noodles.
