It was delivered in 2 boxes. It was easy to install. The electrical was a bit more challenging and could be easier if marked well. My husband lives it. It is a bit stiff but makes it supportive. It is a small chair made for shorter people. Heat takes awhile, message is good. Can't get the lights to work but it's OK. Value is good. I would buy another.

Very easy to assemble, although it is helpful if someone holds the flap up while attaching cords. I did not realize this came with LED lights, very nice! Super comfortable. Back flap to cover cords could be a bit better designed with velcro / cord coverage but who is really looking there? Massage feature is more like a Vibrate feature. If you what a shiatsu type massage chair you will need to pay ALOT more. This one I purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter (Leukemia Warrior) and myself as a chair we can relax in and warm up in. I would probably not recommend it if you are a very large person. For us and our needs, I am very impressed. I initially ordered the Brown Chair and SAMERY reached out to me to resolve the issue, offered options and was easy to work with. This is the Black chair.

Massage and heat features should not be the reason to buy this chair. It's a firm chair and the auto recline works flawlessly. I love the color and material of this piece and if offered without the heat and massage feature I would purchase it again. For the price point even though the heat/massage features are inadequate I'm keeping it.

My husband loved his recliner he still does it's very comfortable it has different colored lights that come on at the bottom a feature that I didn't even know we had in it but it's very relaxing I grabbed it at Christmas for my husband best thing I believe I ever bought him he loves his chair although no one else can sit in it he told us it was really nice It also has USB on it And of course Cup holders kick back You could actually lay back Watch TV relax Have some iced tea and Charge your phone I'm just glad about it

It was comfortable and all the storage spots were handy. The heat and masssge also very nice. Unfortunately, one by one the springs fell out of the bottom of the chair. From July 2023 to now (March 2025), approximately 9 springs have fallen out. The footrest clunks every time it comes up or down. The chair didn't last long. I need to buy another chair.

I love, love, love this recliner! I am 5'6 and it's perfect for my size. May not be for someone alot taller. I'd say if you're over 5'10" you might not be as comfortable. It takes up less floor space than a traditional recliner but the seating space is the same. I have fibromyalgia and the massage feature, which is more of a vibrate feature, is still amazing. The heat for lumbar works great. I love the ease of the power recline and close, which is a struggle in most other recliners. Having the USB port and the LED lights are just bonuses. I got the gray fabric and its a beautiful medium gray. Not so light that you worry about staining and not so dark that it darkens your room up. It's a little firm but not too bad. I'm expecting it to soften in time. All perfect features for someone always in pain. I may never get up! Again, I love it!!!
