The product doesn't feel sturdy. If you put too much force it can break. Handle seems to be made of hard plastic. Easy to raise and lower scissor type jack.

The product was received in good packaging. It appears well made.I originally planned to use this for my Bolero Neo. But it is not convenient or efficient to use it for an SUV. The car jack point is positioned 8 or 9 inches deep under the chassis in a SUV and it is very difficult to use this spanner with jack under the SUV. There is no space to use it at such distance under the car. Our hand hits the undersurface of car above and hits ground below if we use this tool. I tried it under my hatchback car and it is easier to use. It is definitely NOT better than the OEM tools supplied by car manufacturer. I would any day prefer the good old hydraulic jack for my SUV.In conclusion, this product is well made and works as stated. But dont even dream that it will become a wonder tool which will save you in a difficult situation far away from puncture repair shops, specially if you have a bigger car /SUV.
