Q: Why,is the product named Genefiqu-e by Lanc0me in the sales add? Is this a knock-off product rather than the genuine item?

If you look online at Lancome the biggest bottle they sale of this is 2.5oz. for $148. I have never seen Lancome sale a bottle this big that this seller is selling at real Lancome.

Q: The dropper doesn't work. Any suggestions?

This product is not real, sorry, I bought the same thing. I just bought another one from Macy's, which is authentic. the dropper, texture and smell totally different.

Q: What is the purpose of this product? What does it do?

It reduces fine lines and wrinkles on your face. I just love this product it's AMAZING.
