Perfect.
Have the LG Studio model (with turbo steam in dryer) for slightly less money. It’s perfection. Exceeded all expectations. Faster, easier, cleaner, quieter.Have had many sets of regular machines. Some with balance issues. This wash tower puts them to shame.

Not all it it seems
While this is a good washer and dryer and is superior to what it replaced. Looks good and functions good. Quiet. The issue for me is twofold. 1. To use the steam function, you need a 30-amp breaker with wiring that supports that breaker. My house 3 years old has code wiring at 20-amp breaker. Steam function trips the breaker, and you just can't upgrade the breaker safely without upgrading the wiring. So, no Steam usage . 2. I tried to use the phone function to add some cycles and could not. Would be nice to use soak etc. The washer only accepts 2 G and tells me find a network as that is what the washer accepts. I don't believe anyone has a 2G network anymore. My phone is 5G. Two big negatives that are not exactly made clear before buying. What you get is a nice-looking basic washer and dryer. Your experience may be different, but I don't know how.

Not Smart for Advanced Use
Good for people that need only basic washing cycles and are fine to pay extra, as they are missing a few inches in the height for regular dryer being places on the top of the washer. If you like to customize your cycles you will experience aggravation every time using washer or dryer and it is wise not to opt for this unit. The design is poor in washing cycles incorporated on the panel/not having even basic perm press and hand wash/wool. The most problematic flaw is in manual and wifi combo function. This is not question of patience, it is mad design. You cannot operate the unit solely from the phone, nor solely manually from the control panel if you wash something else than cotton (such as business shirts - perm press not to be wrinkled. Stain cycle. Color Care cycle. Wool/Hand Washing cycle, and Delicate Dress cycle, those are completely different and gentler approaches than common Delicate cycle. Essentially for all cycles that are not on $600 plus basic washers, you need to turn manually unit on, then pick cycle from the phone app to download it, and that is very often problem because their software often is not working-your entire house equipment has zero problem, but this appliance has a problem with connection majority of the time even if positioned and installed perfectly. As result you cannot ever predict when you will be able to run your washer. The application itself is slow, or frozen. Other times you have to fool the app and pick completely different cycle and then if running, pause it and change it to the one you need in order to start your desired downloaded cycle at all. As result, forget starting wash machine with your baby in hand, or being done in 20 seconds like you would in the past right on the control panel using buttons or knobs. It takes several minutes just to start the machine, many and many clicks, or worse, it might takes hours or days to get connected. Little changed in past year when waiting if LG resolves it for once. Had technicians attending 4x. They have changed the panel twice, although it was not necessary, as the issue is not physically / in your house or in your washer, and the technician will not be able to do anything for you, as he is not software engineer able to redesign this product. They will run all they can with remote engineer over the phone and you will be stuck with the same for years to come. Although kind to come each time when called, very time wasting, and at some point you give up calling them. You can only hope they will yet again upgrade their software.. LG generally washes well and so it is a pity. If reading this feedback-please design your product so people can select any washing cycle from the panel, as that is matter of seconds, versus hours via app, and our hands are already full so the last thing we want is to hold a phone. The other group of customers doesn't want stand by wash machine pressing buttons for power, for extra rinse, for different levels of heavier wash, water temp etc if using app. That should be all already on app, not half, and other half on the panel. For those who dream of doing all by the phone, design it as EU products, where you do not need to stand physically by the dryer or washer and can adjust every single aspect on the app. Make it smart, for both only panel, and only app, operating preference of consumers.
