Eye Care Volumizing Mascara Pure Black 9g

I have been using this same brand for the past two years straight as my eyes are really sensitive to other mascara brands. I have blepharitis so this brand is perfect. I have had no problems since using it and it doesn’t feel to heavy on the eyes neither. It also makes my lashes feel really healthy.

Good value for money. Easy to apply and remove, yet stays on well all day. Gentle on the eyes.

It's not my favourite mascara in terms of consistency and application, but it's grey and it seems to have become very difficult to get a decent grey mascara in the last few years. This is the best grey mascara that I've found since YSL and then Lancome stopped selling greys. On the minus side I would have to say that this is a very dark grey but I still think that it is more flattering to an oldie pale complexion than a "true" black.

I have recently been diagnosed with Blepharitis and needed to find a mascara that wouldn’t irritate my eyes. I found this and after reading some positive results , decided to order. It’s not volumising like my old mascara but after a few coats, it looks ok. It does smell very strong though, which kind of contradicts it being for allergy sufferers!Anyway, my eyes don’t flare up so I’m happy!

This is a really good product, which is just as well as this company sells the only grey mascara I can find.

I thought I'd hate this mascara - and to be honest I did at first because I was used to a really thick, gloopy, mega thick, mega black mascara - which had taken me my whole life to find!! I've used just about every make and thickening type trying to find the "ultimate" mascara and had found it about 18 months ago - but with constantly recurring Blepharitis I HAD to change to sensitive products recently. On first application I thought this mascara was HORRIBLE - the brush seemed dry and to me the tube seemed empty because the brush wasn't sloppy with oily product, and my lashes were too "skinny" even after 3 or 4 "dry" applications, the only consolation at the time was that at least it was nice and black. Anyway, after a few days of use I reluctantly realised my lashes actually looked much, much BETTER because they WERE separated - they weren't "skinny" they looked long, rather fluttery, even and fine as opposed to thick and a bit stuck together in places. I had got so used to very thick mascara's over the years think ing they looked good, but admit they never produced such a wide eyed look with nicely evenly spaced lashes - I have to say my lashes really look SO MUCH BETTER, I absolutely love this mascara now!

I was tempted by the idea of a mascara especially targeted as suitable for contact lenses wearers, being a religious contact wearer, I thought I may try something that may be a little kinder to my eyes and unlikely to cause any unnecessary irritation. Absolutely gutted to be leaving a 1 star review but I haven’t anything good to say. My eyes reacted very unfavourably to this mascara unlike others that are not targeted for contacts lenses wearers. It was a near on instant reaction, strong odour as others have mentioned and caused an allergic reaction to my eyelid. I must have very sensitive eyes for this particular mascara. It’s really unfortunate, as expected the opposite.I can’t use again therefore a waste of money for me.

Being a blepharitis sufferer, it is difficult to find a mascara that doesn't trigger a flare-up. I agree with some of the reviews which say it's a bit thin, but I don't like the "false eyelash" look on myself anyway, so it works for me for a natural finish. More importantly, no blepharitis flare-up after wearing it.
