Programable
Key has to have 2 step programing 1st to lock and unlock vehicle and 2nd to be able to start the vehicle (this part must be done through a lock smith or dealer

Bought 2. Both sucked. I don’t recommend these
I bought 2 of these keys from same seller. One remote worked only intermittently and the second wouldn’t sync with the car at all. Don’t buy from them again. Also, both remote red LED was super dim. At first I thought it didn’t come with a battery. They did. Basically these are crappy blank keys

Cannot get remote function to program
Had ACE hardware program transponder so key starts car. ACE could not, after spending hours, get the remote functions to work at all. I spent hours and cannot get remote functions working. I'm reasonably sure at this point that it contains the wrong chip.

Does not work for 2012 corolla
Paid a locksmith to cut and program this key. It will not work with my 2012 corolla. He got the key cut but was unable to program it to the car. He said it was the wrong type
