I got this on a limited time only offer so got for fifty pound this phone is worth every penny it's quick it's performs in everyway I wanted. Highly reccomend

Seems like a good deal but realistically, in this inflation society, this is an unrealistically low price and the performance reflects it.Call quality is poor and it doesn’t get a good signal where other phones do, the speaker is too quiet and the cameras are poor too - just about good enough for throwaway images.There’s bloatware that can’t be removed (‘hot apps’, erm…). Though the screen is good and responsive (but not very bright for outdoors) and the build quality feels solid. No fingerprint sensor.I’d recommend giving TCL a chance but spending more for the 40R 5G or the older 20R 5G.You’re just not going to find a good smartphone under £120. Also consider that these cheap phones barely get any security updates and it doesn’t look like good value at all.

No earphones
Phone arrived on time but with no earphones. Photo advertised product with earphones, so I ordered product expecting earphones to arrive with the phone.

Earphones and mobile data
My phone was supposed to come with Bluetooth earphones but I haven't received it. Also the mobile data don't work so can I have some sort of refund but I Luke to keep the phone as I don't have one
