Everyone who is taking prescription meds, should read this book. As someone who has suffered excessive side effects before on pharmaceutical drugs of various types the descriptions of those effects in this book were extremely accurate. Whilst I cannot vouch for the remedial natural products, I am certainly going to give them a try.

Great book, mostly used as an encyclopaedia and reference book.

Didn't learn anything I didn't already know, shame really.
I already have a lot of natural remedies which work. This book didn't have anything I didn't already know about.
