You will need to soak it for up to 10 minutes and it will take time to get used to it, for me it can take up to 10 minutes. Just be gentle and thorough and use toothpaste if you have to. One stick can last up to a month and is easy to store and replenish. Good price, very effective. And will last you a good while.
