Good for the price
It does it's job but the switch seems to not be a very sturdy quality. At this point I'm most concerned how long it will last before it starts to break down. I think it would be suited as a purchase for an emergency switch to keep in your camera bag.

All I really wanted was the cable. But it was actually a better deal to get the controller AND the cables. They work as they were intended.

Dual action shutter release just like on the camera body.
Has dual action release just like on the camera body - half press for focus and full press for snapping the photo. Plugs right into my 20-year-old Canon Digital Rebel and works great. Will come in very handy when using my 300mm telephoto lens.
