Love love love!
This is a beautiful playpen. It will last through all my kids I already know it. I am about to store it away until we have our next kid but it provided a safe environment for my son when I was cooking. I also liked it acting as a designated area for toys

Great play area!
This playpen is the absolute best! It is solid wood and large enough for a little one to have space to roam. Just make sure that you have something to anchor it to (ie the floor or a wall) because it can shift a bit. We love it!

Easy to put together and change around.
Great quality and value. Easy to put together and change around if needed. Love the gate to be able to open and close (lock). Not needing to climb over is Great!

Cute and sturdy
Love the way this baby gate looks and feels. It's sturdy and sanded smoothly.Best of all is the customer service from Harppa when our set didn't come with the right dimensions. We were sent the right pieces almost immediately.

Don’t fall for the influencer marketing!
Don’t fall for the influencer marketing! This arrived with dents/cracks in some pieces and splinters all over!!! I was wiping down each piece rung by rung with dry paper towel and it was very dusty. The splinters are a non negotiable since baby will be pulling up soon. I would say the quality does not match the price. Didn’t even waste my time assembling it, but it doesn’t seem like it would be sturdy either. It does state the wood is natural pine but it should have some type of finishing.

Defective parts making playpen unsafe
This is a great playpen if the parts lined up properly. In the attached photo you’ll see how the click-it pieces were made poorly, not allowing for the gates to be secure and a safety issue. Applying any weight at all causes the pen to fall apart. I was hoping that for the money I spent for this it would at least be functional, but no. Not worth the money.

Fitting could be better, but gets the job done...
The product was fairly easy to install. The entire product is basically connected by sticking the wooden sticks into plastic clips. Most of the connections are ok. Some are super loose and goes in right away, and a few are super tight and would not go in at all. I had to force some of them in and there are still 2 connections that are not in right. But overall, it works and gets the job done.

This wooden baby playpen is a fantastic product. It is functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe for babies and toddlers. I have spent many hours each day playing with my baby in the playpen. I recommend getting a thick foam mat or Ruggable for extra comfort.Recently I had a great experience with customer service. A little piece of wood broke off the door. I emailed Harppa customer support and they immediately shipping out a replacement part.this playpen is definitely an investment, but knowing that it’s a great product with great customer care, it’s worth every penny. I highly recommend!
