For the low price, these are great for calls, But not so good for music or anything where the sound quality needs to be crisper. Can go to a higher volume than my Jabra headset. This is so comfortable to wear all day, and sufficient battery life lasts it out as well. A good buy.

A Condor moment arrived when I realised that the reason why my keyboard/mouse worked with my laptop and nothing else seemed to was because they came with their own dongle. I looked for a headset with a dongle and found one. This one. A very impressive bit of kit once you find the on/off switch. Such clear sound and ease of use. I can recommend this headset to everyone. Somewhere in the tiny book I read that it will work on regular Bluetooth without the dongle so I tried this with my phone and it worked. That's a bonus and means the old phone headset will be used less.To be fair there are three minor CONS. I looked down and they fell off since they don't grip that hard. There is no side tone at all which means it's a bit like talking to someone while wearing ear defenders. The charging dock is a piece of art but since you can plug the USB lead directly into the headset to charge it then you might see the charging dock as redundant. Still it's somewhere to park the set when not in use. You could also put them in the posh soft fabric bag that comes with them.Despite the above I am very glad I chose this headset.

I really like this headset. I have always personally preferred connecting via dongle over Bluetooth as it prevents connection issues but these work well with either option.The sound quality is great and I have no issues listening to music, watching videos or participating in Teams calls but there is an issue which I can't tell whether it is an isolated defect or a feature that has limited functionality and that is the answer call button. It simply doesn't work for answering Teams calls, I am yet to be in a situation where I am answering on my phone so have not been able to sanity check this fault. When a call comes in I would expect to be able to click the big flashing blue button and be connected but nope.In addition, I find it infuriating that the built in mute feature has an audio response(a female voice saying "muted/unmuted/connected/disconnected") that overrides whatever you may be listening to only to announce that you have muted, likewise when you have connected to another device. May seem trivial but when using the headset in calls you may not be on the call app and need to quickly mute/unmute and the delay is significant enough to which it often means missing other's talking.Overall they are decent,- great battery life,- the dock is very convenient,- they are fairly light weight on the head- though can heat up your ears a bit,- block out sound effectively- quality sound- quality mic ( I have had no complaints about struggling to hear/understand )- multi-connection options- stupid voice confirmations on controls- answer button does not function in Teams (can't speak for other apps/devices)Side note, anyone wanting to use with XBox One, they don't work via Bluetooth or dongle, never tried wired but I assume not.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Sound quality is good, and the construction is sturdy but lightweight. Does exactly what it says it should straight out of the box.Great customer service too.

The earphones themselves are nice and comfortable with a good sound, but the battery is terrible I can not even get half a shift at work before they are dead also do not get the warning of a call coming through it does not pick it up for some reason. Quite disappointed in these. Might be ok for gaming terrible for working.

Great design, comfortable on the ears, mute button easy to find and works well with windows and ms teams. Easy set up , pairs within seconds. Handy charger unit so battery has never been an issue. Volume buttons on the headset easy to find and work well. Voice of colleagues is very clear, however mine does have an issue with noise cancelling but the seller is excellent, and understand my issues and is resolving it for me. Overall I have tried a few headsets and this one is by far the best. On offer now too.

I have no complaints about the headset itself, but originally the headset had a generous 8-hour (approx.) battery life that lasted for the first 3 months, then started to decline, slowly at first, then all at once, going from about 4-5 hours in month 5, to all of 5-10 minutes a month later - completely useless and unusable.For a time it still worked while permanently plugged into the USB, but this workaround was temporary at best and now the entire unit simply doesn't work even when plugged in.A refund/replacement would be appreciated, a replacement only if this is atypical; if standard, then I'd just want a refund please. First time ever writing a negative review.

Usb connected straight away good clear sound and easy to use controls on the headset worked for 9 hours online no issue did not loose connection once also usb signal so good I work up stairs still connected downstairs over 30ft away from pc would highly recommend
