Basic S-Biner
This is just a basic S-Biner type carabiner. There is nothing special about it. It is not great nor is it bad in any way, its just your basic, run-of-the-mill item. The price is right where it should and so is the performance.Overall, it is a good choice if you need one.My Rating System5-Stars - A Superior Product or Above Average & An Excellent Value - I would recommend.4-Stars - Above Average OR Excellent Value – A great choice.3-Stars - Average – What one might generally expect.2-Stars - Below Average Product OR Poor Quality Control – Maybe seek an alternative.1-Stars - Avoid if at all possible.

How bad do you want it?
While this carbiner checks all the boxes it definitely is nothing overly special. For the price I expected a lot and honestly it delivered. It’s well made, looks great and is definitely strong for aluminum. For being a minimalist keychain it’s actually quite large. Pictured is my work badge which is the same size as a debit card so you can understand just how minimalist it’s not. For us we do a lot of outdoor activities so I’m excited to use it on my pack for easy on and off accessibility. I wouldn’t however want it in my pocket with everything else. Maybe if you’re a belt keychainer it would be perfect. As far as the cost I’m somewhat torn. It is expensive and I have bought actual titanium carabiners for cheaper that are as nice or better. I’m not trying to say this isn’t a nice option but I feel like it may be $10 over what I’d consider worthy. Overall it’s a very nice product it just depends on… How bad do you want it?

Classy Clippy
I wasn't sure what to expect from this carabiner. It's pricier than most, but I wanted to try it out for a particular project need I had. I am not disappointed. It is classy and comes in a fancy box. The sides of the carabiner are brushed stainless steel. The clips are strong and will not mistakenly slip open. The "S" curve of the carabiner is such that the top and bottom spaces of the "S" are not exactly the same size. That is not a big issue for me, but could be for some, I suppose.I would not use it for climbing purposes, and I believe the seller warns against it, but for my purposes, it is great. Again, more expensive and classy than is needed for most applications, but if you need fancy for a high-class look, this is fancy and solid for its size.

good but pricey
Well made and good material. However, I have a few complaints. First is that I understand it uses good materials and it is well made. But 44 dollars seem too much. Some cheap carabiners that serve the same purpose won't do much worse job in terms of functionality, whose materials might be not so good but for the purpose I think it is fine. Second is that this is a little too big if you intend to use it as a minimalist keychain.

Good Gift for a Hard-to-Shop-for Person
Most of us have a person or two who is hard to shop for or have everything, making gifting difficult. The Craighill Coachwhip Carabiner may be the right gift for that person, an item unknown to many, and may even be a conversation starter. The Craighill Carabiner uses Coachwhip to describe its design, which is similar to the Coachwhip snake. The brushed stainless steel isn't as smooth as I expected and, with its weight and 2.4-inch length, is most likely not suitable for pockets. I can see clipping it on my jeans' belt loop, inside my purse, or even on a backpack. The carabiner may be an ideal master keyring to organize an extra set of household keys neatly. My main negative comment is its price.I received this product for free from the Vine program and did not receive any payment for this review. However, I do pay 29% in federal and state income taxes for each item. I apologize for not including any pictures, as my genetic condition causes my hands to shake.

Works well and like the design
This carabiner is clearly described by the seller as a keyring/keychain, not a functioning carabiner. I watched the video and learned that the spring action on the clip is so much easier to use than the old-fashioned coiled rings that can break fingernails or ruin manicures! The clips are strong and allow keys/accessories to be separated onto two different hooks. The minimalist design is cool and functional, and I intend to use it daily.
