Hi, great questions! I would say that this self tanner mousse is really easy. This and the self tanner lotion are the easiest and most controllable formats for application.

I have fair skin and one coat of this gave me a sun kissed look. In the past when i did dark spray salon tans--they looked okay the first day, but as it peels off your skin, there are big blotchy patches. Sometimes an exfoliating scrub in 24 hours will soften the color and help it to last longer. Not sure--call any spray tan store/salon for their experience.

On your face it can last about 3 days. On your legs and torso up to 5 days. It really depends on many factors like how much time you spend in water.
