Roomy, work well, a bit loud and missing blue light cover.
The media could not be loaded. We bought this to help groom our cats in winter time. The machine work well as intended. We set it at 90 F at the beginning and about 85 F later. The British Shorthair tolerate the fan noise for 20 minutes before she starting to panic, so we let her out. She looks almost dry maybe a bit damp on the hind legs. The other cat not very happy as the fan was too loud for her. It's work well. Unfortunately it's missing a blue light covered and we're still figured whether to exchanged.Edited: we contact Amazon Customer Service and they exchanged the new one for us. Now everything is in good condition 👍. Also in winter month we set it at 110 F because our house is kinda cold and my cats seems OK after the 2nd in this pet dryer.

I like the product But!
I like the product .. But!It has a big dent on the corner in the back.It works good!But I have a grooming spa an the dent is ugly for a new product.Took a little bit to get the door working.Nothing wrong with the door but tricky.Hopefully they can replace it with one that is not damaged.Very low noise an air circulation is great high an low.I really like the light in it.Work great on small dogs.Tight for a medium dog.Will do a update.

Not Satisfied with the product
Drying slow and not heating well, I have to push the drying process 3-4 time and still not dry. Enough and used dryer to finished up!

Great help!
We have a Maine Coon cattery and this dryer box became a life saver for us! We've been using it a lot, as I often have 5-7-12 cats and kittens in the raw to give a bath :)). The size is very good. It fits even our biggest male cats of 20+lbs, or up to 3 kittens at a time. The noise is not loud, cats are not afraid of it. And I like that it's made of some kind of metal, so should last long.The only thing I wish would be different, - is the blue sanitizing light buld, - it goes on just for 1 min and turns off, so you have to be there and put it back on for another 5-10 min.

Great Dryer!
Thought I was going to have to return it because the door handle holes did not line up with the catch to close/secure the door.After asking the Holy Spirit for help....He said unloosen the door screws and then line it up correctly and then retighten them. BAM It Worked!I use the dryer for my 2 year old maine coon. This dryer has saved my back...Buy it when on sale.Heats up well and clean/modern looking dryer. Just wish it had a flap I could rub my maine coon when he needs extra love during his grooming process.

It's small
Seller claims this will fit a dog that is at least lower than 22lbs. I doubt it. My dogs are 8 lbs and thats as big as it will fit. Any bigger, will not work. So it will only fit small dogs not medium size. The design is good. Worked as expected. Noise was quiet. Very portable. It's easy to use. Overall, I think it's ok. It quite expensive for it.

This pet dryer room exceeded my expectations !!
It is so much better than a blow dryer that I have. I am surprised that it has enough and more capacity to let my dog stay inside without any problem and comfortably in it, which makes me very satisfied.It does its job, saving us at least 30 to 45 mins to dry the dog by hand or with the blow dryer.Great value for the money.Recommended !
