Not sure why the rating is bad! I took a chance on these because I loved the wood color, and I’m so glad I did. We purchased three to assemble side by side and they turned out great! We had all the hardware, everything lined up, and instructions were fairly straightforward. Love the rattan style doors and the handles. Yes it’s a little tricky getting the cabinet doors to line up, but I like the option of being able to adjust the way they fit overtime. The price for each cabinet was lower than majority of the ones I looked at, and the soft close is great for going in and out of them often. We did drill holes through the back panel for tv cord access and our other devices which made it work as a console table for us!

I bought this cabinet to store some supplies in an inconspicuous place at my office. It serves this purpose well. I like the clean design and how relatively easy it was to put together. I was impressed that it includes a load-bearing support bar on the top piece to support more weight. The metal base is also nice. The doors are easy to align.However, some of the pieces are a little damaged even though there was no visible damage to the packaging. If I were purchasing this for my home in a place where people would see it, I'd probably return it or complain to the seller for a partial refund.I would buy this cabinet again, but I'd definitely check for damage before assembling (to make it easier to return).

We loved this cabinet at first site on Amazon and ordered it as a couple’s holiday gift. When we finally went to build it today we ran into numerous problems. We decided we could live with the first two but the third made it impossible and we had to pack it back up and ship it back. It was horribly upsetting. 1st issue- damage to corner of a shelf (could live with that), 2nd issue- indentations would not align so back and top would be slightly off (could live with), the 3rd and decision making issues… the screws intended to secure the cabinet would not function properly. They were stripped and would not turn. We opted for the refund and now find ourselves back on the hunt for the perfect storage cabinet for our space. We have put together many pieces of furniture over the years and we’ve never seen something so poorly designed despite how amazing it seems like it should be. The serious disappointment and new hesitation to buy anything we have to construct ourselves again makes me feel as though a simple refund (which by the way required us to repackage all of the pieces which was trying, tape up the box securely, and drive to the UPS Store, carrying in a heavy and large box for return), is not enough. It took away from our Christmas joy. If this company is truly confident in their products, I feel they should look over this returned item and upon finding what we did, not only refund our money but also send out a new cabinet free of charge that they feel confident will construct the way it was intended. If I’d had that confidence, I wouldn’t have requested a refund but rather a trade out for a new cabinet. Sadly, it was so bad, my hopes for that were depleted.
