Worthless. I have been on the carnivore diet for 3 months without any cheating. Meat, eggs, and butter every day. I was buying the strips to be able to track how new foods affect me. Several test before incorporating new foods show trace amounts when these things should be black.

Testing for ketones can be a good way to determine if your dietary intake is where you need it to be. I use these together with UA test strips to also check for protein, sugar, white blood cells, and more in the urine. This ketone test is a good addition to such urinalysis, but I wouldn't use it alone without additional measurements. For ketone analysis alone, these strips are fairly accurate compared to other urine analysis strips. The color change isn't always obvious and is left up to the interpretation of the tester when between to given color shades. I do wish there was a large range to allow for more specificity and therefore greater accuracy (reducing guessing when between shades). Otherwise, these work quite well.

I have used other brands and will for sure be sticking with lynx for all my ketone testing needs. Love them.

I got these to see if I am ketosis yet after starting the Keto diet about 2 weeks ago. I haven't been really strict about it, and these have confirmed that I am only in mild (small) ketosis based on the color of the strip. Knowing this is very useful - I can check my progress with these and the scale to see if what I am eating is hurting my progress. These were manufactured in March 2023, and I ordered them in July - they have an expiration date in March 2025 so I don't get the full 2 years of product life. This is ok since 20 months is much longer than I need - I will most likely use them up in less than half that time. These work well and are priced well.

These worked for a few tests. Then they didn't react properly. I bought a container of the double test strips. Since I was not getting results, I tested both at the same time. Great results with the double (showed I was deep in ketosis), no reaction with these. Save your money!

I have bought all kinds of different types of keto strips from pharmacies and these are comparable. Same type system. Just pee on the stick. Watch it for a few seconds and it turns color. If you're eating keto that is. You can watch cheat days, come to life with these things. One second your purple the next second you're light pink.

I like to have these in the house. First for me. I am a diabetic so I need to watch my sugars very carefully.For my pets, if I notice a sign of possible diabetes, I just grab a strip, do a urine check on them. This way it would be caught immediately before it grew into something worse.Nice price.
