I haven’t been able to find anything wrong with this mat. I love it! If I had to critique it, I’d say it could be a bit softer. But at the same time, it’s not hard and is perfect for babies who are learning to stand and walk. My 8 month old is figuring out how to pull up and climb and seemed to do well when taking tumbles on the mat today. The design is so cute too! It’s the perfect size for the activity area we have for him right now and I love that you can fold it up and bring it on the road with you. My son also seems to love the texture of the mat. He kept rubbing his hands along it. I’m so glad I went with this one! Money well spent so far. Again, I’ve had it for half a day and my son has used it for a few hours so far. But so far, so good!

I bought this for my baby when she was about 3 months old to help with more tummy time. My baby was constantly spitting up on her soft cushiony play space, and I was washing it CONSTANTLY. This mat makes things SOOOOOOOO much easier to quickly clean-up any spit-up, and is probably much more hygienic because I can spray it down with Dapple all-purpose spray 1-2/day. It has texture to it as well, which is nice because it makes it so it isn't as slippery. My only minor complaint is that I wish it was a LITTLE less slippery because I do think sometimes my little one has a bit of trouble rolling over because she slips around a small bit, but honestly it could just be all mats like this so it's definitely not a big concern. The size is perfect, I"ve got it folding in half in my living room, and can fold it out entirely when I put it in my basement. I can't believe how light-weight this mat is either! It comes with an easy to carry storage bag, and this is a must-bring whenever we travel, and it's so much easier because of how light it is. Definitely a must-have for babies!

So far I love it! Our 6 month old baby is trying to crawl now and kept scootching off her small tummy time mat, so we upgraded to a larger play mat. She really likes stretching and moving around freely on it. It could be a little thicker, but I think it still has enough padding for her to play on it comfortably. This is actually one of the thicker playmats I found at 0.6"- most of the ones I compared it to were 0.4". I love the designs on both sides of the mat. We wanted something with soft colors that would look beautiful in our living room, but still playful enough for our daughter. The texture also adds a little grip to assist her movements. Finally, we have 2 dogs that are constantly on the mat with her, and no puncture holes or scratches yet. It folds up easily enough to move out of the way if need be, and seems to be pretty easy to wipe down.

I got the 71x59. It doesn’t take up all of my living room and gives baby enough space to play. Design is pretty and easy to fold and clean. It is not very thick but it still has some cushion for my crawling baby.
