Brilliant, really makes a difference to walks
All I can say is, this is brilliant. The only thing that I never like about walks is the picking up of bits. This is easy to set up, easy to use, great as the bags are scented and best of all, you don't even have to scramble around holding a bag to scoop the bits up. Just take the top off, extend the arms, let the grabbers do their job and put the top back on again. When you get to a bin, take the top off, let go of the grabbers, the bag falls in the bin and that is it. So easy to use and looks far better than carrying loose bags of bits around. Definitely worth the money.

Not pocket sized
Bigger than what I would like to take on a dog walk, but keeps your hands clean!

Please don't waste your money, or end up with it all over your foot
Maybe it's me, but these things are a pain to use. I got it for my carer and dog walker to use thinking it would be great and more hygienic. Its dreadful, they've struggled with it and said they would rather do it themselves with the better bagsSorry to the manufacturer, but its rubbishDon't get this thing it's a waste of money, we tried to see if we needed to make sure we can use it. Sometimes you just need to get the hang of whatever you've bought that can be a bit fiddly til your use to it, but none of us thought it was better, and after an episode where the carer ended up with half the contents over her feet. We decided the best place for it was the BIN!!

Works, but isn't particularly sturdy
The product does work as intended, unless the grass is long. Then it doesn't really do the job. I also found that the device feels a little flimsy, and the bags that come with it break when using it fairly often. It is easy to operate and is a good option for the garden or a short grass area.

Brillant
Not used yet. But did have a play around with it, to get the hang of it. Fair price fits in my pocket. Can hang around wrist. But I have a unruly 10 month old doberman.
