No it doesn’t come from Sweden 🇸🇪 or Germany 🇩🇪 Origin Unkown..🤔First impression wow for $30 nice looking Yes the handle was loose upon arrival 48hrs soaking 🪓 Axe Head in linseed oil/ setting barrel shim deeper ..👍🏼 No not Gransfer Bruk / Hultafor 🇸🇪For little I will use it … I count justify spending $263 on Swedish 🪓Time will tell on Rockwell Hardness of Blade..🤞🏼

Tivoli 9" hatchet
Good little axe it's a very thick axe head. It come kinda sharp but I want it for carving so it and my grinder have a date. The leather sheath was nice quality.

Nice
I bought this small hatchet to see if I could use it for controlled carving by choking up on the handle with my fingers between the blade and the handle. I can, and it works fairly well for shaving off small strips of wood. If I use it like a hatchet, however, the head is a little loose on the handle and will need to be re-seated to provide better control. To be fair, I also have larger, heavier versions of this hatchet with longer handles, and they have secure heads and work great as hatchets (and also reasonably well at carving). The leather sheath is a definite plus.

Good bearded Hatchet
It's a good bearded hatchet. Perfect for the stuff that doesn't require a full on axe. It comes with a sheath and a rubber edge protector. I definitely would recommend it to my friends.

Attractive but Very loose head
Very Loose head upon arrival, I mean really, how can they sell a hatchet with a head that wobbles from the get go? Now I need to remove the barrel wedge (no minor doing) and replace it with a properly fitted wedge. (Fixable)The handle grain is about 30 degrees off vertical. (Not easily fixable)Sharpness is just OK, though a small hand axe should be razor sharp considering how it will be used. (Fixable)Head size and weight is great. The appearance and head shape are very nice as well, so I'm willing to put in the work to get it right, I just shouldn't have to. Nevertheless it is priced at about one quarter to one third of a Gransfors so if you do not mind a project go for it as it has potential.

Chop, Chop, Baby!
I picked up this camping ax, and let me tell you, it made me feel like a total wilderness pro—despite the fact that my camping experience mostly involves sitting by the fire and making s’mores. Still, this ax is no joke. It’s super sturdy and sharp, and it slices through wood like it’s no big deal.I half expected to be a lumberjack after one swing, and while I didn’t exactly turn into Paul Bunyan, I did feel pretty awesome. The grip is solid, and it’s just the right weight, so I didn’t feel like I was going to drop it on my foot or chop off any limbs. If you want to impress your camping buddies or just channel your inner Bear Grylls, this ax will definitely do the trick.
