The good, the bad and the rest
I really like this product. Apparently I'm not allowed to tell you why I take this item. But let's just say I have benefited enough that I have put it on my monthly subscribe and save list. I also like that it's priced better than other products in this category and yet, for me, seems to work just as well.Otherwise, it has little scent and relatively easy to swallow. The expiration date is also pretty lengthy. It's currently 5/2024 and the best by stamp says 2/2027. But taking 1 or 2 a day, I doubt I'll have it that long.Overall, I recommend.Peace and clarity

One of my daily supplements
Although it is hard to pronounce, or even remember the name phosphatidyl serine (PS), this ingredient is the major component of many off-the-shelf memory and cognitive function supplements. I take PS every morning and I believe it does help me start the day sharper. I can't attest to its efficacy for others, and I am not a health professional. But there are some features of this product I can recommend.I have used at least one other supplement from the brand ML Naturals, a company based near Seattle, Washington. That supplement was phytoceramide which is said to add moisture to the skin from within, by gelatin capsule. This PS product is also in flavorless capsule form, which I far prefer to tablets or gummies. The capsules are each in a 200mg dose. The label suggests taking two per day, once or twice per day, with a meal. Following this suggestion would mean getting at least 400 mg of PS each day. In contrast, I am comfortable with taking only one or two PS100 mg capsules each day, but my partner likes to take 200mg of PS daily. The ML natural bottle comes with 120 capsules, which means 30 to 60 days worth, depending on whether you take two or four per day. Mine will last me about 4 months by taking only a single capsule a day. How many you decide to take should be decided in consultation with your health professional. For my vitamins and supplements I prefer to use those that are sold by the manufacturer, as I feel there may be more attention to quality control. It is not clear whether ML Naturals actually makes these PS capsules. The label does not state it explicitly though it does state they are made in the USA.So far my experience with ML Naturals products has been positive.

helps me remember
as i get older, just can't remember as well as i did a few years ago. Tried Privigen but it became more expensive than my budget could handle. This product seems to help my short term memory and price is more reasonable.

ML's Naturals Phosphatidyl Serine to support cognitive wellness
ML's Naturals Phosphatidylserine is an ideal way to support your cognitive wellness at an affordable price. The label claims that this product will support memory, brain function, concentration and healthy mind. Phosphatidylserine is something we all have naturally present in our bodies, it is a phospholipid, which is a fatty substance that is on your nerve and other cells and helps transmit/conduct the electrical signals that allow cellular communication. ML's Naturals bottle of Phosphatidylserine gives you a quantity of 120 capsules which should last you 60 or 30 days depending on whether you take 2 capsules once or twice a day (its your call), but 2 capsules will give you 400 mg, which is is probably why this is labeled as "extra strength" on the label. Some questions I have about the product are, from which country does ML Naturals source their Phosphatidylserine? What do they use as their source of Phosphatidylserine? I ask because I know that supplemental Phosphatidylserine was, at some point, sourced from cow brains, but now is supposed to be sourced from soybeans or cabbage or some other plant based source. Their source of ingredients was not named on the label, but they do state that the serving size is the "2 vegetable capsules"...does that mean the capsule itself or the capsule plus its contents? If you are a strictly plant based person, you may want to clarify the source of their ingredients before ordering. Otherwise, it seems like a great supplement and I hope it can sharpen my mind.

Nah
From what I can tell, this is a product from South Korea. I tend to be skeptical of imported supplements, as there can be questionable regulations, and there is very little oversight in quality control for nutraceuticals and supplements. Considering most supplements aren't very effective in the first place, I'll give this a pass.
