Does what it says on the tin aids with foot placement and ball positioning

Simple yet effective
Great product that arrives rolled up in its own travel bag. Rolls out nicely, helped with good alignment.My only criticism is the footing position for SW - it’s far too narrow and the ball is set in a backward position which is never the correct alignment. Use the PW-9 instead.
