Looking very good and functionality is super awesome

The media could not be loaded. My xranger smartwatch was delivered on the 29th Nov. evening. It only lived for 7 days i.e. the life of its first charge and after that it works no more :( .Well, let me share the Pros & Cons of the watch.Pros:1. The watch has a very good display and looks very appealing with the armour look.2. Lots of themes available that can be downloaded.3. Clarity of voice while talking through the watch is good.4. Nice battery life close to 5-6 days.Cons:1. Mine died on the 7th day. And after charging the watch still vibrates and the green sensor still lights up time to time but display has malfunctioned and is not going ON.2. The worst part is there is no after sales support at all. Amazon return policy on this is only 5 days so I would say that Amazon was lucky that this watch worked for 6 days and my return policy became invalid. On the 7th day I had to read alot of the FAQs just to figure out that the return policy from CultSport is only 7 days and that too the only means of reaching out to the support team is email/enquiry escalation along with invoice # etc for the support team to respond. So I was lucky enough to be quick to raise the escalation on the 7th day itself. To my surprise, on every escalation only the auto responder message comes in reciprocation but no follow up is done subsequent to that.There is no service/support centre for this, neither is there any team member one can interact with. Although, the product mentions that there is a 1 year warranty but I believe the warranty will only apply if one has some support centre to reach out to or a team member reciprocating :)By now, I've escalated my case thrice but no response other than auto responses and I also took the pains to reach out to the cult play and cult centres to seek help to which they had no clue at all.So, my advise to all is- at this price other credible smartwatches can be bought which are more reliable than this one. Probably, being a new launch- this product still needs to improvise on the durability of the product as well as the after sales support.

The media could not be loaded. Great product it comes with IP67 ,sp02 , BT calling, BT version 5.2.but we get 2 to 3 days of battery mostly. The notification area simple and easy to understand and read ,the fit and finish is clean and elegant,the functionality is very good i got it in offer price so worth it... Now the price range is too High.And finally the only drawback is battery.

I am yet to fully use the watch sini can't review on performance and accuracy yet.But I can comment on looks, fit and features.So far I feel look is very nice and sturdy. It fits well on my wrist. I liked range of watch faces provided. Weight is also not that much so you can wear it for longer time.Overall I feel this watch is a good buy.

The watch looks premium. The dial and the touch screen is big so it's really good for ppl with big hands like me. The sensors (especially the heart rate) are very accurate as compared to other watches at this range. There are many watchfaces to choose from and you can even put your own picture on the dial. Battery backup is very good. The bands can be changed as well which is a great add-on. Only con i can think of is the brightness, which at the lowest setting is too high for me ; but it isn't a deal breaker for me. The bt calling feature is also alright, nothing exceptional but nothing too shabby as well. Overall a great watch from cult.sport.

It costed me apx 2500 in the sale. It’s a new product which I bought after doing enough research of similar range smart watches. It different from the common look square dial plain top watch look. It has a rugged look so gives feel of Casio watches. The watch app works well. Sports modes are prompt. Step count, heart rate are accurate. I could not find the watch lock feature in it. All in all , a great buy…

I purchased the Cultsport Smartwatch Ranger XR, but it has been a frustrating experience from the start. The watch was defective from day one, with sensors not working properly. Despite troubleshooting, the issues persisted.When I reached out to customer service, they advised a refund since a replacement was unavailable. However, it has been almost 20 days since my purchase, and I am still waiting for the refund. I have had to call and remind them multiple times, but there is no clear resolution.Overall, this has been a disappointing experience—both the product and customer service fell short of expectations. I would not recommend this smartwatch or the brand unless they improve their product quality and service.

I found this watch size abnormally big, not suitable for an averaged sized wrist, if it was possible to return I would have done so. Thinking whether I can use it as locket/neck worn after removing strap or something (yes, I may not be able to utilise it's health monitoring functions).Except for the size, it's an okay product, I hope I would be able to install more watch faces as it has just about 5.
