Clever!
Works as it should and despite negative comments there is nothing difficult about wiring this plug. The brown wire is in a different position but that's only to make way for the switching mechanism. Use your noodle and you'll be fine!

Stopped working after THREE switches
Worked ok first time, switching on and switching off.Next time, it switched on ok. But when I tried to switch off, if failed to click, and just sprang back to the on position. And emitted that nasty electrical arcing sound.Shame, as it's cleverly designed inside, and the switch itself is an ergonmic marvel...or would be, if it worked.

Quality plug
Was looking for a similar one since few months. Good quality, fast shipping and easy/simple installation. I only wish it was cheaper.

Works but led dull
Very useful where you need a switch on an unswitched socket. The led is disappointingly dull though.Wiring positions are different so need to wire in carefully!

A switched plug
Plug with a switch ideal for a unswitched lamp & socket. Just remember pos and neg go left look at the lower casing which is marked.

Not safe
Easy to wire up, but and it’s a big but my plug started making a fizzing noise on switch on so did not use it.Shame it’s a good idea, sadly confined to bin.
