Well made support
A very well made and quality looking and feeling knee support.Although adjustable it may be a little small for the larger legged person.Easily adjustable for the required firmness.Quite effective. Does keep the knee nice and warm.

If you need one of these then this is a good value option
Does what is says. Well made, good price, means that you could have a couple and have one washing or drying whilst using the other.

Good support
This neoprene support really helps give extra confidence when walking or general daily use. I have dodgy knees that like to pop out and say "Hello!", whenever they can and added support such as this gives me some added reassurance. Great post surgery, if athritic or after injury. There are 3 adjustable straps with velcro fastenings. Please check sizing before buying. Measure around knee. Adjusts to fit; 13.0 - 17.5 inches or 33.0 - 45.7 cm. I have chubby thighs and this just fits my legs. If you have an allergy to certain rubbers as in neoprene, then I would not advise. Washable, hand wash warm water mild soap, rinse and air dry.

Make sure you get the right size.
This support is designed for knee sizes between 13.5"-17.5". There are three adjustable velcro straps. Nice and warm which eases the aches and pains. I did get some bunching at the back of the knee and it does ride up when running. However for walking it was comfortable and did support the knee.

Mid range knee support
As with the ankle support (see other review) this is a mid-range option value option. So far I've had a lot more ankle problems than knee so am using this largely as a preventative strategy on the golf course. It does seem to give good support and improves my confidence on the course (if not my score). I'd be a lot less confident using it for football or squash but sadly these days are over.

Basic, medium sized knee support
I've had to use knee supports for my cricket, cycling and other sporting activities for a couple of years now and definitely prefer the open-patella style and have purchased a few such items through Amazon. Unlike my previous knee supports, which offered a selection of sizes, allowing me to opt for XL, in accordance with my fairly large build, this one seems to be a one-size-fits-all. In practice I found I had to stretch the centre strap almost to its limit to fit around my knee. Furthermore, this support is just a flat un-augmented neoprene sheet lacking the reinforcing rods my other supports had and which I would have expected in a support at this price. It does have a nicely smooth inner surface and feels very comfortable when worn though. Also, its simple design means it will probably stand up to more washes than more elaborate knee supports (and believe me, neoprene does get very sweaty and will require frequent washing). I have yet to try it during any sporting activity but, with such a large selection available to choose from online, often priced at a few £s less than this, I am not really convinced that the Futuro possesses any characteristics to make it stand out from the crowd.**** Update ****Wore the support for football last night. On the plus side, it stayed on, although the small centre strap was stretched almost to its limit. It also kept my knee joint warm quite effectively. Not so good though was the fact that it tended to ride up somewhat and creased/folded significantly on the sides at the point where it has to flex along with your knee. The folds started to stick out at the sides and this meant less contact with the knee joint. I don't get this with more robust supports containing reinforcing rods. Overall, my opinion is unchanged; this support just about does the job (as does a £2-99 support from Sports Direct), but there are better and cheaper alternatives out there.
