Quality feel to instrument
This banjo is clearly a quality instrument. The feel, sound and action are great. I am a guitarist and had never held a banjo let alone played one. I am really enjoying learning to play the instrument and would recommend having a go to anyone of any age.

Great banjo at a very good price.
Great banjo at a very good price. As with any new instrument a few tweaks were needed. I got this as a back up to my main banjo but this one is now top dog after fitting a new compensating bridge to stabilise intonation (£8), and a new set of heavier strings. Would've been better with a geared hi G tuning peg but I can fit one for under a tenner, still gets 5 stars as it's built like a tank and is fully gig worthy with very little work. Not usually the case with banjos.

Excellent instrument
As a guitarist of many years I was looking at getting a banjo to try something different. So I’m no expert in the banjo world, but for me this is an excellent instrument, and after setting it up (I would recommend searching videos on YouTube as soon this arrives to learn how to do this) it was a little tricky to tune, but once it’s right, it holds its tune very well. Construction is excellent, and has handy loops to attach a strap. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to experiment in the world of banjo.

Missing Bridge/Slipping G Peg
It feels sturdy and it’s appealing on the eye, however I did not receive a bridge.I’m under the impression other buyers have received a bridge with their banjo, and it is advertised with a bridge in the images.EDITAfter getting a bridge myself and fitting it and tuning it up, it appears that the G tuning peg is slipping.
