So far so good. Only used this product for a few days. so have yet to feel the benefits. Taste is fine and price excellent.

People who use insulin know what it's for. This product is as good as anyone else's and good value for money.

had to have this replaced as it was damaged on arrival .. but it was replaced without fuss (just had to repackage and take back to the post office with the self-printed label for free postage). Seems to help a lot as a "bulking agent" .. but I have noticed it can cause bloating. I will continue to use it though.

great product , a teaspoon in a cup with milk and stirred before adding hot tea works well, helps with stomach bloating and wind

Easy to use, no flavour. No changes tho. Take it or not it made no difference at all?

I admit I gave up using it after one week as I couldn't get the hand of mixing it and the lumps of powder made me feel ill - so I'm probably not the best person to write a review. I tried adding it to yogurt and mixing with a fork and with my breakfast cereal milk and whisking but again ended up with lumps. I don't think the directions suggested putting it in hot fluids or if you need to use in a blender (which I don't have) otherwise I would have tried that. so sorry to say, for me it was a waste of money despite having such high hopes for it.

It is flavourless so perfect to add to your tea/coffee. I feel it helps with my weight as it helps to flush out my system. I have now purchased this product three times and will be placing another order when I am nearing to finish this new batch.
