Not for guitar but for bass!
Had this as a first string on an extended range bass guitar to make up the C string, a bit lighter than the usual .032, but certainly works well; first time using nickel strings as prefer stainless, but good brightness to these and amazing feel, like coated strings!

Nearly a bass string for my 7 string!
Have been using the NYXL strings for a few months now. They retain a nice bright tone and last well. I’m using this on a 26.5 inch scaled 7 string guitar as my G# string. Sounds very good indeed and retains tuning well after fitting.

Raise your action to really let this gauge open up its tone. Tight and responsive. Perfect gauge to add to 7 string and retain balanced tension all across the fretboard.

Better than the regular XL sets, more durable and stays in tune better. Although I would love a balanced tension 10-13,5-17-25-34-46 NYXL set so I won't have to buy single NYXL strings.
