Perfect Sturdy Bunny Potty!!!
This is the perfect potty for two indoor rescue rabbits! Plenty large enough for two bunnies, water dish, food dish.I bought two for four buns to place at the right side end of two indoor 2' x 8' pens. In the one I'm going to to hang the hay feeder inside too and see how that works out. All the mess is in one place for a change and more floor space for them as it takes up only 18" at the end of each pen. Each pen is 24" deep and the 18" by 24" potty fits right in perfectly with the "opening" towards the the open area of the pen to the left. The sides of the potty are not high so I place vinyl placemats from the $Tree around the sides of the wire mesh pen and the potty to catch any spray. These are easily rinsed. (Also use these placemats in the pen floor to catch the wet "poop" called cecotropes or occasional diarrhea. Cheap and easier to remove and rinse than scrub the floor! Some of the placemats are made with a surface that the poop dries and literally slides right off. They are the larger ones with the trademarked cartoon characters on them. )Two of the buns use this potty as an occasional potty while they eat and drink but prefer a large corner-style litter box with grating for rabbits. However their large hanging glass water bottles from Katee are placed inside so no extra dish is needed underneath to catch water. Saves cleaning more dishes. Catches any pellet debris too. This potty I vacuum top daily but change pad only once a month. My other two adorable rescued furry monsters use this box ALL the time for peeing, pooping, eating and drinking. They have no corner box nor do they like to use one. They LOVE this potty.I vacuum top twice a day to remove dried poop. The pad must be changed minimum once a week. Takes 1/2 large pee pad (cut in half). I add a layer of paper towels on top of the pee pad to increase absorbancy then replace the grating. On both, the grating needs to be washed or rinsed in the sink when changing pads and at times scrubbed with an old toothbrush. When pee accumulates, I soak w vinegar in a small plastic dog crate pan to remove the crust. Spraying the grating with vinegar right after vacuuming up poop pellets each time would help to avoid the pee sticking to it.On both potties the inside of the tray stays 99% clean by being covered with the pads. I just wipe out with a tissue sprayed w vinegar and vacuum the top and sides to remove hair. The structure is solid unlike most "dog potties". The grating is very sturdy and has small feet to hold it up off the pad. It is easily removed and replaced by my at times bad buns ~ they can't move the grating nor the potty and they tried! The size 18x24 is perfect for bunnies or even a very large cat. The design is beautiful as well as practical. I like the blue and the cranberry but wish it came in a soft green color. This potty is a winner for bunnies!!! My cat would love it too but a bit expensive to buy a third. If they got price down to $25-35 they would sell a million of these! Highly recommend though at the $50 price bc it saves huge amounts of cleaning time, aggrevation and is healthier for the bunnies._________Update 10/16/22Best potty for bunnies. I have 5 gorgeous, medium size, rescued buns that are really mini pitbulls w long ears! These potties are large and sturdy enough for two buns plus a large food crock in one corner, two giant Kaytee glass hanging water bottles (from Chewy) and a small heavy crock for water underneath for drips all placed inside. To line the potty, I buy a carton of standard puppy pee pads from Costco and cut full pad in half. I have two potties so 1/2 pee pad goes in each potty. Fold the little extra down on the top of the pad and then snap the grid on top. Each liner lasts one week for two buns.I clean up any bunny doo on top of the grid in the morning and evening. The dry doo goes into a plastic bucket to collect weekly to go in the garden or flower pots as fertilizer. Smaller poop pellets go thru to pee pad. When weekly cleaning, I place the bucket nearby. Snap grid off top of potty. Wipe any loose poop from both sides of grid onto used pee pad or into bucket. Then I carefully pull up the heavy wet pad by 4 corners and place in bucket. The potty is sprayed with white vinegar and wiped down with tissues or papertowels. New liner goes in. If my bunnies are in the pen they can use the potty right away while I clean the grid. Then I quickly wash the grid at the sink or outside w soap, water and a plastic scrubbie. I just shake off to dry then place back in potty. I try to get the grid top back on fairly quickly so that my pitbull bunnies do not tear the pee pad liner out!Soaking in vinegar helps get off encrusted pee. Wood popsicle sticks work, too. The idea is avoid anything that scratches or the surface will become harder to clean.A small dog crate tray, a little larger than the grid top, works well as a soaking tray. Add vinegar to the tray and place the grid in. Except in winter, I do this outside.Spraying the grid with vinegar after picking up the dry bunny doo helps to keep the pee from drying on. Also weekly cleaning. What's to do w the bucket? I use a plastic scraper to scrap the bunny doo off the old wet pee pad. The old pee pad goes in the garbage. The bunny doo in the bucket goes in the garden, flower bed or lawn. Will not burn the grass.

Dog litterbox win
This litterbox is perfect for my Shih tzu puppy! We use wood pellet rather than puppy pads and it works well to sift the used pellets to the bottom. Clean up is easy with the removable grate. Any poop that doesn’t hit the pellets is easily wiped off the plastic litterbox. We loved this product so much that we just ordered a second one for upstairs!

Highly recommend for Toy breeds!
Have a 3 lb puppy who cannot go out yet until all vaccines have been administered. So, have been looking for a clean solution as our little guy has been running with, dragging, and ripping the wee wee pads! This is perfect! The 3 walled sides keep spills inside the walls of the tray from spilling over onto the floor! I line the bottom with a pad and also wrap one around the top grate and lock it in on all 3 sides (2 side and back walls). It makes cleaning a breeze so you don’t have to deal with any mess stuck in the grates! Only need to change out the top wee wee pad accordingly. Our puppy took to it immediately! However, It is very small. So, if you have a dog larger than 5 or 6 lbs, it will not be large enough for them to turn around in and do their business! I highly recommend!

Litter Box Post
There is no post for male puppies. I thought there was one but now I need one that fits grate in litter box.

Best toilet design, just need my puppy to use it :)
Bought this for my 3 months old Maltese girl. I have searched and read numerous product reviews on all types of litter box and decided on this one as it makes the most sense. The construction of this box is strong plastic and very sturdy. The plastic grate/tray clips tightly onto the bottom. Clean up is easy. My puppy was initially trained to use peepads, so I wrapped a peepad on top of the plastic grate and clipped to the box, hoping she would see the peepad and go do her business there, but she decided to pull/play/eat the pee pad. I then changed strategy and put the peepad inside the box, put soiled tissue with her pee on the peepad, and secured everything with the grate on top, hoping her own scent would attract her, but she would either sit or lay down in the box, or play a game of hop on/off running back/forth. She still hasn’t learned that the box is her toilet area. If I catch her in time peeing elsewhere, I would lift her to the box but I would have a trail of pee to clean up after, which isn’t an issue if she can learn the ultimate goal, but it’s difficult to constantly keep an eye on her “business moment”. I had previously put a peepad on the floor next to the litter box (everything inside her play pen area) to give her 2 options, but she would always pick the peepad. I now don’t have any pee pad on the floor, only the litter box, but she would relief herself on the floor next to the litter box. It’s has not been successful yet... But the litter box itself is well made, with 2 minor issues. 1/ As said by other reviewers, the walls can extend more to ensure the puppy’s butt is always inside the box rather then hanging half out. 2/ Only the front of the box has wall all the way to the floor, the sides and back of the box only has a rounded lip, it would cosmetically look better if these areas extend all the way down instead of just a lip. the picture is a bit misleading. But all in all, this is probably the best litter box design. Once my puppy is successfully trained, I will purchase 1 more for a different floor so she will have access wherever she is.Update April 22: my puppy has started using it a little, still not 100%, I have to lift her to her “toilet” before I let her out of the playpen. This toilet is a bit small for her to circles (and she’s a tiny and short Maltese puppy now), and the walls definitely needs to be 1-2” higher. Once she finds the right spot, backs into the corner and lifts her tail, her poo falls outside of the toilet half the time. I can’t get mad, technically she is using the toilet. I am not sure how well this will work when she grows bigger and taller. I wish there is bigger size with taller walls. I buy Costco XL pee pad, cut into 2 pcs and fold the sides a little. I change it every 2 days and it does not smell too bad. With a box of 100pcs, cut into 2 and change every 2 days, one box can last me well over a year! Depending on how much your puppy pees, a box will last over 6 months even if you change pee pad daily.
