My husband is extremely happy with the purchase. He says it works like magic! He used to have the same thing but with less torsion and bought this to increase exercise. Excellent quality! Shipping is not super fast but within reasonable timeframe. My husband would definitely recommend it to everybody!

Good Tension Could Use More Cushion
The tension on these are great and the work well, I do want to point out if you get the ones with higher tension you are going to want to wear weight training gloves to help protect your pinky finger and bone at the side of your hand. Because of hte increased tension there isn't enough foam padding to help soften the plastic and you can cause hand pain, I actually had pain/tingling in my hand near left pinky when doing about 3 sets of 20 when not using gloves to help add extra cushion to help protect the pinky bones. This probably isn't an issue with the lower tension ones, just something to note.Does a great job working the forearms though and there aren't that may forearm specific exercisers at home.

This is a substandard product.
I purchase this item in hopes that it could be used for rotation. Well, it does not do what I hoped for. And NO, I will not bother with a return. It is going right in the garbage.

Excellent wrist product
Excellent for wrist strengthening! I have used it 3 times now and it is great workout. Very good value and beneficial!

15kg model good for two positions, elbows up or down
Holding handles directly in front, elbows up&down, the 15kg resistance works well for this active 70 yr old male.But, I really struggle with the resistance when holding handles in the boxing position when the focus is on wrist &forearm.So, being able to change resistance needed for different muscle groups. Only current solution is to buy two units, 10&15kg.

Very easy and fun to use
The only thing I noticed after using this product for a week I would get Random shocks of which seem to be static electricity on my back with or without clothes on???The product is completely amazing just as it describes comfortable very lightweight portable what more can I say. I just need to find out if this product is what’s causing those random Shocks of What feels like static electricity if anybody feels the same way please let me know in the comment area

Looked used plus with scratches dirty
The media could not be loaded. Although I didn't have a opportunity to use this because it was dirty with scratches it look used. I didn't like the plastic material it was made from rather have the all steel brands. But great concept for a cheaper brand it will strengthen your forearm.
