This is the best fountain I've ever tried, and I've tried many!
I've tried at least 5 or 6 different fountains for my pets, and I can confidently say that this one is far better than the alternatives I’ve used. It has a large capacity, which helps keep the water very fresh for longer durations. One of the standout features is how extremely easy it is to clean; both the filter and the pump are simple to assemble and maintain compared to other brands I’ve encountered.Another great aspect of this fountain is that I've had no issues with scum or mold buildup, which is often a problem with other types. The separate drinking bowl also contributes to keeping the water cleaner for a longer time, making it more enjoyable for my cats. The accompanying app is fantastic, and my cats absolutely love using the fountain.Overall, it’s totally worth the price—it's cheaper than some alternatives I've tried while being far superior to them and to similarly priced options. The water flows well, and the entire unit operates very quietly, making it a perfect addition to our home.

The perfect water fountain for cats
I wished I had bought this sooner, easiest one of the best purchases in our house. The product design is amazing, reminds me of apple product. So neat, tidy and the attention to details is just top notch. It’s a pleasure to unbox it, install it and to use it. What really amazed me is how clean it keeps the water. I wash it and change filter etc flooring the app reminder. I am so surprised to see literally there is nothing to clean which shows how well the filter system works. I’ve used petmate for years and just wished I never bothered about that product which always appears dirty after a few days of cleaning. I literally can’t rave about this product enough. If you have any doubt investing in one of these, stop thinking and just get one. I love the app too. So user friendly. It gives you a little reminder for adding water, changing filter, cleaning etc. you can also set how often you want to run the filtering cycle. My cats took 2 a day or two to get used to it but they love drinking from it now.

Its a great water fountain, but does have a problem
Its a great water fountain for my cat, i love that it has stainless steel and a UVC wireless pump, and it has a app, although i wouldn't call it a smart app, you can only set when the water fountain to on permanently or on/off cycle,For me personally i would love to have some kind of water level indicator, you literally have to take it apart to see what water is left in there, pointless having a water run dry safety feature other than to save the pump, because that means my cat wont have any water if im out all day and its ran dry, i do wish i could tell what water is left in there...

If Apple made a cat water fountain, it would look like this. Superb.
Having been very impressed with my Petkit Element Solo pet feeder that I purchased a couple of months ago, I decided to get one of thier water fountains for my cat. They make a good range, but I picked the Eversweet PRO3 for a few reasons, but mainly because it can be controlled by thier app. Also it has clean minimal design which looks great next to my feeder. What I also like is it's easy to refil as the main unit and its base are separate. The pump runs via an induction motor, so no wires, just lift the main unit, remove the tray/filter and refill. Very easy. Another bonus is you can also control it when you are away from home, but only if you have one of thier other cloud connected devices such as the Element Solo feeder.Once powered up I opened the App, went to add another device and it connected immediately, so a very easy setup. If using this fountain on its own without another compatible Petkit device it will connect to the app via Bluetooth.Although this is not the cheapest water fountain out there, I think its almost certainly one of the best. Of course if you are not worried about remote connection or being able to control via the app, go for the cheaper Solo fountain which is still a good unit.My one concern whan buying this was would my senior cat take to it, or just look at it and walk away. As it turned out I had no reason to worry. As soon as I turned it he showed interest, looked at it for a minute, then started drinking. He definitely drinks more now than he used to.You need to bear in mind the cost of the filters which will need replacing every 4 - 6 weeks dependant as to how long the unit is left running. I use mine in Smart Mode, so at default it runs for 3 minutes then cuts off for 3 minutes, though this is customisable. Doing this extends the filter life. They are around £20 for a pack of five.As mentioned in my title, there really is an Apple aesthetic about this fountains design. It really is a very nice thing. All in all I really can't fault this product. A solid five star buy.

Not good customer service
I’ve had ongoing issues with this water fountain. Twice in the past three months, it stopped working after I replaced the filter, flashing blue even though it was completely filled with water. The blue light is supposed to indicate low water, but that wasn’t the case. Not only was it flashing unnecessarily, but the pump also stopped working. After some time, it randomly started functioning again without any changes, which was frustrating and confusing.I reached out to the company for support, hoping to get a clear explanation. Unfortunately, their customer service was extremely unhelpful. Despite my repeated attempts to explain that the water level was fine and the filter was brand new, they kept insisting the issue was due to low water. It felt like they weren’t even reading my emails properly.Every response ended with a polite “Have a wonderful day,” but nothing was resolved. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that didn’t seem interested in actually addressing the problem.I won’t be purchasing from them again.
