Use for overnight storage & disinfecting
Saw one of these at my audiologist and he recommended hearing aids should be regularly dehumidified and disinfected. Seems to work very well - store them in the unit overnight and put it on the short cycle (30 mins) at night and sometimes in the morning. They come out nice and clean and work perfectly. If the professionals say they are beneficial, then who are we to argue.

A very good product I use this product
A very good product, I use it once of twice a week to dry and sanitise my hearing aids (I have to use two), it does a great job and has never let me down.

Hassle free cleaning.
I was not made aware of damp invading hearing aids until one ceased to function correctly. This product has rejuvenated both hearing aids, giving a clear crisp sound I,ve not heard since new. Delighted with product and speedy service.

It works for me
My audiologist suggested I get a dry box when I complained of erratic battery life for my in-ear hearing aids. I did my research after too long and plumped for this one. It has worked for me in the last three weeks, normal function has been restored. And I like the idea of them being de-contaminated too. Sure, I still have to wipe them clean but it’s good to know they are being de-bugged. I’m happy.

Product didn't work
When powered up and the lid closed, the blue lights flashed for around 30 seconds and then disappeared. The instructions showed that the left blue light flashes when drying and the right blue light flashes when sterilising, total cycle time ca. 90 minutes. The blue lights never flashed so I assumed that nothing was happening.
