This thing is made with good quality material and looks neat and stylish.All the ports work well and the data transfer speed is perfect.I took off one star because it gets hot even when I'm just using it normally (with a 3k screen, a USB mouse, and a keyboard).

It’s solidly built, adds 3 additional 4TB ports to my iPad Pro, looks great and most importantly, takes relatively little desktop space because it DOES NOT HAVE A POWER BRICK! Why aren’t more manufacturers building high-end docks/hubs, using GaN technology?Simple to use: Simply plug the power cord into the wall, the upstream TB port to your computer and connect any USBC peripherals (including Thunderbolt drives, monitors, etc.) into the 3 remaining ports and you’re good to go.Recommended and would buy again in a heartbeat.

Wow, this is an absolutely amazing docking station in my opinion! I am using it with my MacBook Pro, and everything works great! The biggest advantage is the fact that it has the 40Gbps USB-C ports, but in addition it has the ability to connect the normal peripherals along with an SD card reader slot. I have used most of the ports for different uses, and all of them work as expected without any issues. So far, I am very happy with this product, so it earns my five star blessing and recommendation all the way!

I travel extensively and work remotely. Anyone that works on the road knows the importance of a capable docking station. Laptops invariably don't have enough ports. I've got a top of the line laptop and it has a grand total of 3 USB-C ports. One is for the power cable, so you can do the math there. There's no such thing as a 'one size fits all' docking station--it all depends on your specific needs and use case. For example, I don't really need the external monitor functionality though I'll admit it is nice to have.And you definitely have it with this docking station. it handles dual 4K external monitors with ease. One thing I do place a priority on is charging speed and data throughput---as you'd expect with a Thunderbolt 4 port the data transfers are extremely fast. Make sure you have a quality Thunderbolt 4 cable to maximize your performance. The four USB-A ports are very helpful for me and, of course, the Thunderbolt ports are backwards compatible to accommodate any USB-C peripherals. I had no problem using the dock on my primary laptop running Ubuntu and it also performed well on test laptops running macOS and Windows. I didn't test it on Chrome OS but given the ease with which it handled Ubuntu and the Linux based Mac OS I have to think it would work just fine.For my personal needs, the thing that impressed me the most was the compact form factor and negligible weight. At less than a pound, it's the perfect option to take data transfer power on the road. Great dock but to reiterate remember that its performance is in direct correlation to the quality of your cables. Highly recommended!
