Great alternative
The only alternative I've found for the 3doodler start pen. A long delivery time so I ordered in advanced before my daughter ran out of filament. Great range of lovely colours and good value too.

good colours limited amount of each (12g on average)
nice samples good selection of colours ,easy to print, good adhesion, no stringing. However the fact that you cannot but a single roll of filament of the colour you want makes them of little use to the average user. They only sell packs of 3 or 12 rolls and they are not cheep (£150 for the full set £50+ for 3 500g rolls) if you are only using a pen or want to do a item that is under 12g (average weight per colour) its not bad

Fabulous range of bright colours
Exactly as described, hours of endless fun is had by my daughter Creating all sorts with her 3D pen highly recommend

doesn't move inside the pen
Unfortunately these refills don't move inside our 3D pen, as other cables did. Though the size is correct. After pushing really hard, then the material wouldn't melt inside. With constant pushing, in the end the plastic snapped, now being stuck in the pen. To us it's a useless product and I wouldn't buy it again.

Works OK with 3Doodler Start+, but could be better
These fit the 3Doodler Start+ perfectly, but have a slightly higher melting point and do not flow as easily as OEM filaments. The additional resistance of pushing less melted filament through the pen on occasion causes some stress on the motor which can be heard, but mostly it flows fine. The slower flow can be helpful; there is no speed control on the Start+ and sometimes the OEM filament flows too quickly.There is a good selection of colours and it dries to a glossier sheen than OEM filament. There is less time to work it after dispensing.
