I have had a few raw Shilajit samples bought off Amazon and the only one that has worked in strengthening my immunity system is the Himalayan Shilajit. After taking it for about a month or two, I noticed an improvement in my digestion, energy and sleep quality. The fact that it comes in a decent size container means it will last easily for more than a month is a plus because you can tell if this is truly working or not. Great price good quality!

Took it for about 3 weeks and didn't really notice much of a difference, perhaps a little more energy but decided to stick with it believeing it would have a cummulative effect. Glad I did as my energy levels are at an all time high, I feel stronger in the gym and sleep much better. Mood has definitely improved and my skin is the best its been in years. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Product seems to be having a positive impact on health. I know it’s hard to say what would fully be the reason for certain changes to moods and drive to get up and go. I bought Shilajit to help me get up and go and have more energy and drive at the gym. After months of feeling lethargic and tired I used a pea sized amount of shilajit every morning for 2 weeks and noticed a vast improvement to my drive and mood. Seems to be great value for money because I have way over 1/2 the pot left!I’d say the worst part is the taste, I found a black coffee espresso size is the best way to take it and then you don’t notice the taste.

Second time I have bought this product. The quality is excellent and I find it easy to take in the morning. The taste doesn't bother me. I put it on the wee stick and place it under my tongue until it's absorbed.I have noticed a big difference in the quality of my nails, my hair is softer and I have more energy.I feel the price is reasonable and I will continue to purchase.
